The 'Manchester Airport Aviation & Transport Festival 2018', will be held at Manchester Airports famous Runway Visitor Park (WA15 8XQ, off the A538 Wilmslow Rd), on Saturday 30th June, and Sunday 1st July 2018.
This is the 10th Aviation & Transport Festival to be held at Manchester Airport's Runway Visitor Park, and we are hoping for an attendance of well over 15,000 public visitors over the weekend plus many other Exhibitors and Traders.
This years Festival is being held to celebrate the airports 80th Anniversary (The airport opened for business on 25th June 1938) and therefore a number of special events are being planned throughout the weekend at the Runway Visitor Park.
In addition, our varied Aviation and Transport Festival attractions will be in full swing:-
Dedicated display areas for Historic & Classic Vehicles (Over 500 vehicles expected)
Free access to the Concorde hangar including the Transport Memorabilia & Craft Fair
An opportunity to see and photograph the world's largest airliner, the Airbus A380 (3 flights daily), and as well as over 500 aircraft visiting the airport over one of the busiest weekends in the year. A Commentary will take place by Air Traffic Controllers throughout the weekend.
Short Tours on board Concorde & Nimrod aircraft will be available at an extra cost. Booking is required on the day of the festival at the Concorde Reception Desk

As an indoor trader you will get free admission to the site, including 1 passenger who will assist you on your stall, & free parking for your vehicle.
Due to existing on-site concession agreements, we are unable to accommodate requests from Traders who sell food items for consumption on the premises.
